Our returns policy for purchases made through our e-commerce website is as follows:

We accept returns up to 3 days after the delivery of the product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the correct invoice or packing list.

To start a return, please contact us at admin@treetechbd.com with your order number.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue you a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 4-5 business days to appear on your account.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our specified criteria. If we find that the product is used or not in its original condition, your refund will be denied.

We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% per item returned.

We will not accept any return or exchange if the product has been damaged by misuse, neglect or mishandling by the customer.
